“All dreams come in the service of health and wholeness.”

Why do we dream? Aren’t dreams just a bunch of silly (or scary!) non-sense?

Most of us have learned to disregard our dreams, to literally forget them upon waking. What we don’t realize is that the information encoded in our dreams give us direct access to how we actually feel about what’s happening our lives as well as creative solutions and perspective shifts that can help us create the life and relationships that we truly desire. As we go about our busy days there is so much happening just below the surface of our awareness. Dreams are the mind’s brilliant way of processing all this material, distilling it down and repackaging it to us in the form of symbols and metaphors. If we never unwrap the package we miss out on receiving all these gifts of self-knowledge and insight!

Dreams are a powerful source of wisdom, insight, creativity, and integrative healing.

Astrologer Demetra George theorized in her book, “Mysteries of the Dark Moon,” that for the past 5,000 years we have been in the Dark Moon phase of the Goddess cycle, a time when the Goddess went into the shadows all but disappeared from dominant culture. The resulting materialist, capitalist, patriarchal culture has conditioned us to value only what we can perceive with our five senses, rational/logical thinking, and productivity, over extra-sensory perception, intuition, and our inner emotional and dream scapes. Thankfully, we have now entered a new cycle and the Goddess is reemerging from her deep slumber and bringing with her the practices that can move us toward integration, wholeness and, ultimately, balance between masculine and feminine aspects. Dream work is one of the most powerful ways to do this and it’s available to everybody—we all dream!

All dreams come in the service of health and wholeness.

By entering into relationship with our dreams (i.e. remembering, recording, decoding, and integrating them into conscious awareness) we are both healing ourselves and contributing to the evolution of human consciousness. (Side note: telepathy, teleportation, time-travel, and parallel universes are commonly reported dream experiences!). When we share and explore our dreams in a group, everyone in the community benefits from the insights gained, not just the dreamer. This is because our personal dreams draw from the collective unconscious which contains universal ideas and images. When we awaken to our dreams we can live more authentically and co-create the world we want to inhabit and pass on to future generations.

“You were born to heal, to grow, to be of service to yourself and community, to practice, to experiment, to create, to have space, to dream, and to connect.”

-Tricia Hersey, in Rest is Resistance: A Manifesto

  • "Dream Sharing Circle was incredibly eye opening for me."

“Genevieve’s Dream Sharing Circle was incredibly eye opening for me. I found that my dreams held powerful information about my inner world. I loved having more hearts together exploring my dreams and helping me to navigate and understand them more vividly. As a therapist, I started using the tools I gained from the circle with my own clients, looking at dreams with more curiosity and open-heartedness.” -YM

  • "Dream Sharing Circle was a beautiful way to connect deeper."

“Genevieve’s Dream Sharing Circle was a beautiful way to connect deeper with my psyche and inner messages, opening doors to new levels of awareness and insight. I really enjoyed connecting with others in a profound way and engaging in the curiosity of it all. I felt seen and heard while sharing my dreams and really enjoyed the insights that came from the members of the circle during the exploration.” -KB

  • "Dream Sharing Circle helped me to connect to my inner knowing."

“Genevieve’s Dream Sharing Circle helped me make connections between my emotions and the hormonal changes happening in my body that I hadn't been consciously aware of before. I was able to make sense of and validate the emotional reactions I had been having at healthcare appointments and connect to my inner knowing of what was happening in my body and how to support myself through a significant transition period.” -AL

“Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.

-Carl Jung

The Journey

1. Opening the Portal

The first phase is opening the portal to your unconscious mind and establishing a relationship with your dreams. You will learn strategies for increasing dream recall and discover your preferred method(s) for dream journaling—there are many!

2. Learning the Language

Our dreams are transmitted through a language of symbols, metaphors, images, and word play. You will begin deciphering the complex and multidimensional language of your dreams and discover personal, cultural, and universal layers of meaning.

3. Inner Wisdom & Creativity

Your dreams will become trusted sources for creative solutions, enlightening perspective shifts, wisdom and guidance for wherever you need it in your life. You may wonder how you made it this far in life without the help of your dreams!

4. Integration and Wholeness

A committed practice of dream work maintains an open channel of communication between your inner and outer experiences, between parts of you that you identify with and parts of you that have been relegated to the shadows. You will start to feel more connected to Source/Self, grounded in your intuitive knowing, and empowered to make wise choices aligned with your Soul’s evolutionary intention. You will experience more confidence, integration and wholeness, and compassion for yourself and others.
